Refund from Shoposum – Rs. 699/- : Mrs. Rashika of Bangalore, Karnataka ordered fastrack watches from Shoposum website. The watches ordered were Fastrack brand but when she opened the courier they had delivered a local brand watches. She raised return return request as mentioned in their website but there was no response from them. The customer posted her complaint at ICF on 10-05-2018 and the matter was taken up with them. After follow-ups, the customer got her money back on 13-05-2018.
