Refund from Slocum Management – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Ritesh Kumar of Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (ritesh.keshwathkar[at]gmail.com) paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- against an advance of Rs.20,000/- to Slocum Management Consultancy for YEP. However, later, he decided not to take admission due to financial problems and had asked Slocum to cancel his application and refund the sum paid by him. Slocum refused to refund the money and Mr. Kumar posted his complaint with ICF on 27-12-2013. The matter was taken up with the company who understood the issue and co-operated in resolving the issue. Mr. Kumar got his money back by 29-03-2014.
