Thanks a lot http://www.indiaconsumerforum.org for such a supportive and active actions on my above complaint. I could get the credit note for 19,000 Rs from Trikuta travels after involving indiaconsumerforum into the issue. And the issue was sorted out in less time than i expected.
Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
