The service center decline to repair my phone in warranty.

I had gone to F1 Info Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd.-Andheri. Address: Unit No 108, Sagar Palazzio, Andheri Kurla Road, Sakinaka, Mumbai 400072. As they are partnered with Google pixel to repair the phone, I had shown my phone which is warranty and had an discolored screen suddenly. But the phone touch was working. They declined it saying that it had scratch which was a normal scratch the phone.
