Theatre selling cold drinks at more than MRP

I have seen the movie named agnathavasi on 14 jan 2017 evng 6 pm . I have taken 300ml thumps up cool drink for he charged 25rs where the kro was just 18rs as I asked he was saying from many days we are selling the same then I said u should not sell more than MRP. then he was saying we have permission to sell more than MRP.
