As i got a new job abroad i have to shift and i send a disconnection request to tikona. I send the request through mail and also paid my last full and final bill stating and reminding them that there should be no other bill from next month. But still tinkona is not disconnecting and sending bill. i am also attaching the email.
I kindly request in this forum to inform tikona about the disconnecting the internet.
