The above mentioned subject, I have complaint against VIDAL HEALTH INSURANCE TPA. PVT LTD third party insurance. Vidal has received original documents on dt. 26 April 2017. But yet the claim is unsettled. Vidal tie up was discontinued with bank as a whole because they were delaying mediclaim settlements.date of discontinuation of tie up was14 June 2017. At the footnote I have mentioned the details of my claim which was before discontinuation of tie up. I am following up with vidal health TPA pvt.ltd. but neither claim has been settled nor they are returning the original documents. I m clueless what to do. Please help me in this matter.
