TrackOn courier services lost my parcel and they are not even sorry for doing so. They just said that they have so many parcels and it’s natural to lose parcels. They just do not value the customers. When asked for reimbursement they said it could be only done at the end of the month. Why reimburse at the end of the month when you lost the package on 5th January. And now they’re showing it as delivered. Am I supposed to wait for their reimbursement to place the order again. Bcs without getting reimbursed I can’t place order . I am not even sure if they’re going to pay for it. I need my money atleast ASAP. They just torture their customers. Consignment no – 14xxxxxx5
