Travolook Non refund of flight booking cancellation

I had booked the ticket from Bhopal to Bangalore via Delhi 6E 5117/781 on may 23rd by online booking.
The amount has been detected from my account and after some time I received a call from the Travolook executive about the flight information that the flight got canceled due to some operational reasons and they said like after 10-15 working days you will get your refund back. Now it’s been more than 50 days they didn’t refund the cancelation amount and when ever
I called them they were telling from our end its been initiated already , just wait for 7-10 days you will received your amount.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
