I have booked an Air India ticket from Pune to Hyderabad on 17th March 2021. But immediately after the payment is made, I got a call from this company saying that, Air line has increased the fare and my booking got cancelled. In my opinion it’s fraud company. They cheat & collect money from customers while showing less price compared to other service providers. It’s such a waste of time dealing with this Travolook. Now it’s been almost a month, they are not paying my refund. I’ve sent several Emails & made phone calls for refund, every time they send an email that refund will happen in 10 to 15 working days which is an open ended statement. I would request everyone not to use this company & get cheated. Wonder, how google is displaying this fraud company while we search for the travel service providers.
Kindly resolve this matter.
