On Sat/27-01-2018 10:15PM. I took Uber ride from SILK Board to Electronic city. Driver take me under the Electronic city Bridge and hence it did not crossed the tollgate for Electronic city Elevated expressway. But system automatically adds the toll charges I’m explaining same to Uber help same thing but I’m getting system generated response and there is no customer service number in their app. I’m very disappointed. I want system to be improved and refund my money back.
