I have been a loyal customer of Uber booking atleast over 50+ rides a month in India Everything was going well – until recently – starting with few small issues and now I am unable to book any rides and the best part is despite writing to your so called customer support so many times through app and via email – i haven’t received a single response till date
Issues as follows
1. Suddenly it stopped accepting my credit card – that is what I figured and my account was blocked for two times in a week
2. Finally I manage to get my account unlocked and try to buy a Uber pass from past one week – and till date i haven’t been able to buy one stating something wrong with payment and now it says we are out of pass
3. Nowadays sometime it doesn’t take the payment through my credit card or Paytm and I have to try atleast thrice before payment getting through
Please look into this and try to solve the issues and allow me to buy Uber pass. If not I will definitely move to the next best cab hailing service
