Unable to cancel order on Snapmint to reverse the down payment

I ordered a pair of shoes from Snapmint through finance option, they deducted the down payment of Rs 536 as on 1st October and as per their application they are saying seller confirmation pending till date.

Today i called their so given customer care number they said you will be updated but still no response.
i also requested on their application for cancellation of order but no reply. Worst application.

Please help me regarding above issue,
