On 26th Nov 2017, I tried to recharge for my friend’s airtel prepaid no. 9xxxxxxxx9. But it was unable to recharge. The money was refunded into freecharge wallet.
I tried recharging the same number from airtel website to test was there any problem with my sim.But the recharge was successful from airtel website.
Later I tried more than 20 times from my freecharge wallet to recharge the number. It was failing each and every time.
I also contacted the Freecharge team on Facebook and Twitter. They said they have escalated the incident to the technical team to solve. They are just dragging this and not providing the correct reason for failure.
I also asked for the refund from my freecharge wallet to my bank account so that I could recharge from airtel website . But they are ignoring my request and giving unnecessary response without coming to the main point.
