I bought OneOdio headphones from amazon, in august last year. Last week, I started facing issues with the headphone, so I tried to contact them for repair service, as my headphones are still under warranty. I went to their site, but there we no phone number given, and only 2 email addresses. One for warrant claim and other for customer support. I emailed them both, got my warranty activated from the former, but there is no reply from the customer service email. I can’t get my headphones fixed from them. I would like to get my headphones fixed under the warranty, that is still ongoing.

I have recieved a different product from OneOdio trying to get refund they are telling it is same product when I send them mail
But it is not also it is not working they are not responding and the customer care never connects call it’s fake
I’VE GOT TWO HEADPHONE SETS FROM THE COMPANY, ONE ABOUT SIX MONTHS OLD AND THE OTHER THREE. BOTH OF THEM ONLY PRODUCE SOUND OUT OF THE LEFT EAR PHONE. CAN’T GET HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
