Unable to use Babyoye gift card on Firstcry.com

I have an e-gift card which was purchased from BabyOye.com but recently BabyOye is merged with FirstCry and now BabyOye online site gets redirected to FirstCry.com. I tried to use my gift card on FirstCry.com but it says its not valid coupon. I have tried to reach BabyOye customer care but none of their phone numbers are working. I have raised complaint with FirstCry. According to FirstCry, they don’t have BabyOye Coupon details with them and they are trying to get details from BabyOye but BabyOye is not responding to their query.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
