I have purchased e-gift card from flipkart which has to be expired on 4th Oct, 17 at 12 am . But when I was using them on 3rd Oct , 11-55 pm , I was unable to use them. I have taken the screen shot also to prove my point. Immediately I called up customer care and raised my complain. CCE assured me that he has raised the issue to back-end team and it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Since then I am calling customer care daily and every time I have to raise complain, repeating every thing to their different executives. But they close the complain without even calling me. I am tired of flipkart people now, they are just fooling people around. It seems flipkart has no intent to provide customer services after selling there things.
