Unable to withdraw money from Mobikwik

My Mobikwik account User is Disabled. Value: Added money and transaction number.
I am using Mobikwik account with 91xxxxxxx6 mobile number. But yesterday iam login to my account it shows the User is Disabled. I have 10000 cash in mobikwik wallet. I need that money urgently. Please take action on Mobikwik.com
