On 05,Nov 2017 a service has been started on my number in evening, without my permission and deducted amount of 49 Rs/- . Than I called to customer care representative and they promised me that they will refund the amount within 3 hours. Then after 5 hours I called them again that the amount has not been refunded yet and they said it will be refunded within few hours. Now after 12 hours of my last call still my amount is not refunded. And they blocked my number from calling customer care.
They did false promises again and again. I am very angry with their behavior of dealing with customers and doing false promises and with their services.
