Unauthorised transaction on SBI card

I was charged 3357 without any concern from my side. None of the transaction were done from my side . I multiple times called customer care wherein every time wrong information was provided . I had not even generated PIN for the card . There’s no response from the bank side and the charges are increasing day by day . I had done payment of 1434 which was said that its annual maintenance charge + GST and penalty for late payment, but still showing 1119 due after the payment . Kindly help me here
