Dear sir/madam this complaint is against icici bank for credit card used by me. Fraud of Rs.500 and Rs.750 on dates 13/11/2017 and 19/11/2017 respectively was done by my credit card to a firm pacific international noida but no alert messege was sent by bank for both the transactions neither my card was lost nor i had given to anyone also i never gone to noida where the above said transaction was done. I complained to bank about this fraud ,they told me on telepho e that we will stop the payment of merchant as this is fraud also bank reversed me the above said Rs 1250 (total of both) in the statement of january 2018, but after 2 months they again added this Rs 1250 and after that month they started adding interest of interest on that 1250. Now when i again complained it to bank they again raised a investigation but after all they said that this trasaction was done by me itself on pin basis, i want to know that how it is possible that no messege arrives if i myself have done the transaction. Its a request that please investigate this issue and teach a lesson to icici bank credit card division so that they cant think to do any thing with any person.
