Unauthorized Charges from Videocon D2H

I have created ala carte channel in my account as per above mentioned sheet received from your site. Total monthly rent is 292.4 Rs , Why you people are charging me Rs.345 to me. Please explain and resolve this ASAP. I have complaint so many time but no response received yet. So many calls, . Sometime I have received bad behavior from Videocon customer care. It is very harassment and painful experience. I want to ask what kind of service you people
are providing their customers. Presently its competition time. New products come in market every day. If you people is not improve your service, People switch service provider. Please do something, at least reply me. If you people cant resolution of my problem, Please return you D2H box and refund my money. So that I can switch to other service provider. Or I have to take any legal action.
