Unfair Cab booking services from Makemytrip

I booked a cab from make my trip , they deducted the payment and send me confirmation mail regarding my booking but on last moment they cancelled my trip saying no cab is available . they wasted my time and i had a great business loss due to this cancellation . please help me and block these fraud companies.

She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months.
