Fraudelent Transaction by Uber. Value: 10000. Booked a cab on 14th June for a 30 KM+ destination.
Driver switches off the phone, and ‘ my trip ‘ ends in 2 minutes, I am billed 39 INR. Never boarded the cab Uber says, this ‘feedback would be used for improvements’, even after clearly describing the scenario. This fraud on part pf Uber has to be stopped. I wish to take this to consumer forum
