I am using BSNL network on my number 80xxxxxxx3. I dont have any plans or services going on as i use the number only for making and receiving calls. It was 16th june 2018, I was sleeping when i received a text message saying that i have been subscribed with Mobile Radio towards which an amount of Rs 20/- has been deducted from my main balance.
I did not activate any service. This is a fault from the network’s side that they activated some service. When I called the customer support number 1503, they told me the balance cannot be refunded. They were also very rude and disconnected the call in between the conversation. They even barred my number for 24 hours so that when i call my call wouldn’t reach the customer representative. This happens even today, 20th june 2018, that after i call once my number gets barred.
I then emailed the bsnl team on 17th june 2018 at cmdcomplaints[@]bsnl.co.in and portal_bsnl[@]bsnl.co.in but I haven’t received any reply till date.
I raised a complaint on the portal on 17th june 2018 and i even received a message regarding the docket number. The docket number is 2F17781916. But the complaint is still open and nobody at customer support knows any detail regarding that.
The company’s policy is raise the issue with 3 days. Its been more than that and nobody on the other side is ready to take a complaint. I even tweeted to BSNL corporate but again no reply.
I would like my money refunded as soon as possible.
