MY coolpad mobile, I deposited this set for minor display problem, fine horizontal lines on the screen, about one month ago and still the service centre cannot say when i can get this back. it seems that out of 12 months warranty period the phone is retained for two months or more with the dealers and i also learnt that they are only interested in selling the goods and never interested in services though it is their duty. how they could say that you can go anywhere but we cannot say when we could finish the job…no progress in one month! who is going to pay for the delay and suffering?
