Used Adidas shoes received from Flipkart vendor

I have ordered for adidas shoes, and i received shoes on 29th november. when i opened pakaged than i see that shoes are dirty and already used by someone before delivered to me. i have request for returned but pickup boy not pickup the items and after 1 days returned request was rejected. i have booked return request again and again but every time return request was rejected without any reason. i also feed complaint through flipkart tollfree number but problem was not resolved. i am tired. i have booked return request five times, but each and every time return request rejected by flipkart. that was totally time waste and mentally harrasment. order id-OD110883149514527000

The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
