I ordered Sony WF-1000xm3 Noise Cancelling Earphones from Snapmint, after 5 days I received the product, after opening the package from first glance I could tell the product was old and used, It was missing silicon tips set and the warranty card too. The product wasn’t even made in India and was imported from Malayasia. I tried multiple times to pair the product with my phone but to no avail. My phone wouldn’t even detect it. Snapmint sold me a faulty product for 10000 rupees but this doesn’t end here, after telling them the product was faulty they simply said to visit the service centre as they wont initiate a return. The service centre denied my request and said it isn’t a valid purchase as they don’t consider snapmint to be a sony authorised seller, when I called snapmint they said they need a denial of service letter to start the process of return or refund. The service centre denied me the service denial letter but later when i mailed sony care they sent me a mail of denial of service stating this isn’t a valid purchase now I have sent snapmint atleast 20 emails with the denial of service from sony which they demanded for refund or return but their customer service people keep sending me the same mail saying how they tried to contact me but couldnt. They are liars and scammers but not once did I receive a call from them. They can easily communicate with mail but now they want to call.
