I placed an order for wahl trimmer foe men from paytm app my order id is 3858396117. Today on 29/09/2017 i received the product as soon i took delivery i opened it and i found that product is used and damaged. I directly called paytm customer care and told them regarding my issue. But they told me as soon as order status gets updated you can raise this issue by again calling to customer care or simply go in to paytm app and under order tab i can raise claim. I tried to raise a claim but it showed that product is niether returnable nor refundable nor can do replacement. I again tried to call paytm several times but after several steps during final step phone automatically disconnected.
There is not information provided on application regarding raising complaints for product issue. Kindly help me to raise this issue to highest of authority.
