My Issue is, i had Purchased one Vega Helmet from Vega Online Site (www.vegauto.com), I had Purchased CRUX DX Helmet, Price is 1637, but i have issue with Size & Quality, so i have raise return request & Mailed to Company but they are Not helping me for replace with small one Size/ refund. i had regular mail to vega customer care but they are not responding me, my money is blocked from last 2 weeks, but they don’t care for customer,
i need my money back if they don’t want to replace, but how i will give them time without any conversation they are even not contacting me for this issue,
pls. resolve my issue, i had tied from this bad response, my order ID – 23122, Invoice No. VEGA-2017-001340. i need my money back.
