PAN CARD has been dispatched through VELEX courier and its been 15 days and status remain the same “out for delivery”.
No-one responds to the call. And luck by chance if someone picks up the call, they disconnect saying “it will be delivered today”.
No acknowledgement.
Why govt has to sign up with such cheap courier services. Govt should understand the importance of the document they are dealing with.
Need a resolution for this. no escalation matrix defined in their portal.

My courier not reach my place than I check my courier status it deliverd and there show ph no 1234567890.it not my number who is responsible for that no any contact no.
I have applied for pancard 20days ago and from 15 days it is showing out for delivery. But due to some urgency i by myself went to head office in chandivali reuqested them to please handover they said your order is already out for delivery so i request please tell who the concern person is going to deliver share me his detail so on spot they called delivery person and asked for status he replied by today evening he will deliver any how also he spoken with me said dont worry it will deliver. On that i requested its urgent if you confirm your location i can come there to collect he shared location if sakinaka metro station mumbai i went ther called him he said sir i have not reached bi i will deliver by evening 7pm. So on his word i trusted and waited but post 7pm i started calling him call continously coming as swicthed off now my imp document is with him dont know about the how he can now misuse this. Now i will go tomorrow head offfice andheri again i will request for the expenses which spend on this bullshit also need written copy that no misuse is happened with my id proof
