I had very bad experience with Unilet outlet Bommanahalli. I have bought Haier 8 in 1 refrigerator and 55 inch Panasonic 4K TV for 32k and 84k in august 2019. I told I need a smart TV and they given me Non android and told all apps such as Hotstar ZEE5 will be accessible thru browser. So I bought but later only YouTube, Netflix and AmazonPrime only working. None of the apps are accessible thru the browser. When I reached out to Unilet they directed me to raise complaint with Panasonic and I did on Aug 29th and took almost a month to figured out what is my problem for the Panosonic service team. After lot of follow ups they agreed to replace the TV with android from Panasonic. Unfortunately I don’t have the TV box with me so they denied to replace.
Just to know the same Model TV price I enquired other Unilet showroom in HSR the same TV model costs only 73k and refrigerator 26k. Overall they cheated me 17k. When I enquires about this at the Bommanahalli branch, the incharge Ayyappa said each branch will have different targets and ASM has the control of fixing the final price. I agree each business has to make profits but there should be some justice there should be difference of 11K between show rooms working under the same name.
Also I have noticed the way they interact until we buy product is completely get changed once we bought the product.
So my suggestion to all buyers is to enquire all shops and different outlets and try to negotiate for better price and don’t go with their suggestions. You decide what model and feature you want in your TV and then buy and be clear with exchange and terms.
