Hello Team, videocon team is unable to resolve the problem with their devices since 7th September. Complaint has been launched on 7th Sept 54388678 and customer ID 201667012. Today also when I have called they are telling stories and kept on hold for long time when asked to speak to superior. This is just a less than 2 month old connection which is giving problem. Would need your support into this matter.
