Videocon D2H Unprofessional service, No bill provided for service

It’s unprofessional service given from your side. I am facing yesterday No channel visible on first Videcon screen showing then I was complain customer care and same was forwarded to Service Engineer.

I got called yesterday from Engineer mob no as 1.8xxxxxxxxxx Name is not available

Above person called to me on 26th Jun 2017 I will come up to 6pm then again he called to me and called I will come up to 8 PM.I was waited at least 8.30 PM but he was not available.

He was called me on 27 Jun nearly 2 PM and he came at home and he was very unprofessional person.he does not know anything he just analyse and check with set top box and antenna camera..

He suggesting us following component need to change

1. Set top box = 450 Rs
2. Antenna Camera= 350 Rs
3. Service Charge = 200 Rs

He was telling me I don’t know much more about it but I was checking and replacing set top box its working.he was not listen to do the software update on it.but he didn’t know anythings

Its above quotation is unprofessional and I think I need to move another D2H if that much amount need to pay.What a service you are giving us.All service taker people are unprofessional and you are saying engineer will visit. are you sure about that guys are engineer people.

Day 1 Evening Experience

What expect from you.I am telling next experience that was came from your cutomer care team I was called to senior that head of supervisor.I said will give withing 1 hr and concall with site engineer head and i was waited call from them he called on landline number which is 0226xxxxxx5 which is my official and called came when i was left the office.he was not called to me on my registered number and again i was called to customer care and called forwarded to supervisor he told me you will get called withing 1 hrs on your number but till no one call to me.what you think on it what the hell of service you are given to us.

I am also afraid on it you service not good and you never share us any bill slips to any one customer.

Will you please look this on priority and confirm to me. Customer ID: 113197908
