From Yesterday night my Videocon DTH service is down. The message is ” DSS BBCL ran out of money, please recharge your account. Actually my account has Rs.1156/- I had complained around 6 month about the display in my account showing some other name instead of my name, which is still pending. Now from morning I am trying to get in touch with them, but they are saying that the account is getting updated therefore keep the device ON for 3 hours. Even now at 7.30 PM the service has not started. Now when I called them they said please hold we will transfer you call to senior, but I was on hold for more then 30 minutes. I have never seen such arrogant customer service executive. In fact I feel they are least bothered because I feel there is no department where you can complain against them.
