I took a Vodaphone international roaming package on 22rd feb 2019 for 5999/-., as I was travelling from 23 rd feb to france. I could not connect Vodaphone connection at that time.
I tried reaching Vodaphone customer care through chat and then with few network connectivity steps as suggested by customer executive i was able to have Vodaphone connection in Internation roaming, but on 25 evening again it got disconnected.
The customer executive on Vodaphone chat says that since i have reached by Vodaphone credit limit , the call has been barred and I have to pay 80% of the total bill generated during the billing cycle. My billing cycle is 25.01.19 to 24.02.19.
The Vodaphone company has added the international roaming package in the bill, and did not explain me about the impact of it in my billing cycle and the call will be barred because of it. Now I am in International roaming with no Vodaphone connection.
