I have been using vodafone postpaid service since years. On 19/10/2017 I migrated from vodafone postpaid to prepaid, and recharged Rs-446/-. After migration (since then) my internet is not working. I have visited Vodafone store several times, called customer care multiple times, but problem not solved. They have tried everything from settings change to sim change, even i tried to connect internet in different mobile using the same sim. But problem not solved.. I want either urgent resolution, or refund and compensation of my harassment.
