Voice and sms service not provided to Jio child account

Voice and SMS not attached to child account – Jio. Value: 1000

It has been 7-8 days after migrating from 999 to 799 plan. I am struggling without calling and sms facilities in 95xxxxxx5 which is a child account of 72xxxx3. I have made more than 10 calls and mailed 3 times. There are 2 requests raised and without solving the issue both have been closed.

Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
