VR designer studio – fake page on fb – money not refunded

I saw VR designer studio page on facebook. I liked one duppatta and ordered through whatsapp. Before that I called and confirmed with pxxxxxxxxa(person from VR designer team) that I should get refund if I dont get the same duppatta or if I do not like the quality and she agreed upon the same. She asked me to transfer 4500rs to her A/C and I transferred on 24th June. She is saying some or the other reasons for refunding. Till now I didnt get refund. What should I do now?

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
