Worse RTO service from Quikr, not giving refund

There are persons named Axxxxx and Ixxxxxx in the quikr . on the pretext of my NOC was done they took full money in advance . After that they stopped responding . Even after 6 month my work has not been done. they are neither returing my documents nor refunding money. I got totally stuck. Please help

MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
