I have placed an order in Zomato, on 09th May, from Hyderabad for Hyderabad location through their Application, and the order got confirmation but upon checking it shows the restaurant is from Bengaluru, just to reconfirm i even called the delivery agent and checked and he also confirmed the delivery location is in Hyderabad and he will deliver it, later once it is out for delivery i started getting calls from Bengaluru stating to collect it. Despite me telling that I have ordered for Hyderabad they starting arguing either to come and collect or cancel it with no refund. I haven’t done anything wrong in this but I had to loose money.
