I had recharged with Rs429 in my bsnl no. 94xxxxxxx1 and in this plan there was unlimited 1GB / day and unlimited calls for 90 days but when I am using my data today the amount of Rs 915 deducted for using net but as per plan it was not written. I don’t know about that and it was not there in plan that charges will be deducted after 1 GB usage . So it is responsibility of BSNL but they are not refunding this huge amount. Why? Please resolve my problem and refund it. According to this plan after using 1GB speed will become 80 kbps but these details they didn’t provide. As in JIO after using 1GB your speed reduces to 128 kbps in Rs 399 and in all plans but BSNL cheated me.
