I had ordered a mobile phone online namely Honor Play(Navy Blue, 64GB). I had received the product on 8th Nov. 2018 but when I opened the product, I saw that I had received a wrong product which was some mobile phone of Panasonic and that too was in defective/broken condition. I had requested to replace the product via FLipkart as the product was under 10 days of replacement gurantee but thry had cancelled my return request 5 times.
The reasons which they gave was ” We are sorry to let you know that the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request as the reason selected by you while raising the return request was incorrect:. I had even sent them the unboxing video which I had made while opening of my package(which I had received from Flipkart on 8th Nov. 2018). Flipkart is neither replacing my product neither giving me the refund of my product. I have attached the photos of the product which I have received and other relevant information in the attachment. After trying for days by contacting Flipkart, I got no positive response from Flipkart and they denied to replace or give me a refund so now I am using this platform of Consumer Complaint to get my amount refunded.
At the end I want the refund of my product which amounts 24,499 which is a very big amount for me as I belong to Middle Income group. Request you to please consider my matter and help me get my refund as soon as possible.
