Wrong and misguiding recharge information on PayTm

On 2 july 2017 around 1 pm i did a paytm transaction which was of RS 39, and was made to mobile no. 9xxxxxxxxxxxx2 as according to info provided by paytm it was supposed to be a 3g/4g net pack but later i figured out that it was a tariff plan and as i received the confirmation message from paytm aboit the successful transaction i used my data and later i found that RS100 was deducted so brcause of misinformation provided by paytm i wasted my RS139 so i want compansaction.
