Wrong data charges by idea mobile company

I am using idea postpaid mobile for last 6 years, I have updated my plan in June 2017 to monthly rental of 349 at idea store, I had been said that it includes unlimited free calling local n STD, daily 100 free msgs, daily 1GB free 4G data followed by unlimited data at reduced speed, unlimited free incoming roaming, in my last month bill I have been wrongly charged for Rs 497 for data uses, with total bill of 1171Rs, I have made complaint at customer care, but they are saying we haven’t charged you wrongly, they are saying that your plan includes charges for additional data uses, but they never informed me about it and they have directly charged me wrongly, I have even complained by email but they are responding same, please help me to get corrected bill.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
