Wrong deduction by Bajaj Finserv against fully paid OD

I had taken OD in 2018. But due to bad service I paid back all money and without using any amount we immediately repaid entire amount and gave closure request also.

The executive Dxxxxxxxxr and sxxxxxxh sahu had taken complaint and request for closure also.But every month the amount 138rupee was decducted last from 10 moths.Now when we cheked they says we need to pay 12k for closure.Without using OD amount we have already paid so much again why we need to pay.

Please resolve this issues at the earliest.
