My consignment has been wrongly delivered. i purchased shoe form francoleone store in banglore and in a week the shoe got damaged. So i returned the shoe to the store from where i had purchased. They told that they would get it repaired and they had sent to Francoleone store in New delhi. The store person told me that the company would directly send me the shoe to my home address and they took my address. The company had repaired the shoe and they have sent through Trackon couriers beairng docket no:1340499982 dated Jan.11, 2017. After few days i contacted the company and they told that they have sent the consignment. I contacted the courier company later, they told that the consignment has been delivered on Jan,15, 2017.
I requested for the DRS copy and in that the sign is not mine, phone number is wrong and name is wrong. The same matter I had informed to Trackon courier and they told that they would investigate the matter. But till now, its been almost 4 months and their is no progress in the issue. I am keeping on mailing them, but no response from them. I called the customer care(8xxxxxxxxx1) many times and whenever I call them and tell the consignment number, they just disconnect the call. The response is very bad. They just keep the call on hold for a very long time.
I request you to please look into the matter and legally guide me how I can take action against the Trackon couriers.
