Last month i came to know that bhakti pack activated on my number i called customer care and told him it was not from my side but he refused my words then i request him to deactivate this pack .today i got msg for recharge when i call to customer care executive said bhakti pack is still active i said i already file complaint last month anyways i asked him to deactivate bhakti pack and told me annual recharge amount he told me swagat hd pack +sports add on 234 rs per month ka hoga after calculation he told me to recharge with amount 2246 and u will get one year validity i asked him do i need anything else he said no u just rechrge with this amount and u will automatically get one year validity. i did recharge with same amount but now i got 10 months validity i again call customer care this time executive said U rechrge with wrong amount because bhakti pack pack is still active. i said its not my fault i requested two times and ur excutive assure me to recharge with this amount. now he gave me complaint no.371193607..plz take action..My vc no.02512457265.
