Wrong item delivered by Amazon, no update, no support

I bought a smartwatch for my sister from Amazon’s retailer Appario retail. I have travelled to the US for work. We did not get a smartwatch as was ordered but a Syska extension box. Amazon is giving us a run around unwilling to refund the money spent (via netbanking) or ship the actual products.

The product was ordered on November 4 2022 Amazfit Bip U Smart Watch and Sounce Active Watch Straps. One item was not delivered and the other was a wrong item.

Kindly look into it. The number shared is of my sister.
