I have ordered Puma shoes and received some local branded shoes. I reported the issue same day and my pickup was done by agent on same day at 2:24 around. You can check your agent call record. I have also recorded the call. The agent didn’t updated anything and just return it to warehouse after that my status shoes pickup failed. I have been trying to reach customer care but there is no assurance and no one is helping. the agent called me today also that your product is with us kindly ask customer service to drop email of wrong product . This is loop in your process I am suffering due to this and my hard earned mine6 is stuck. Would I need to escalate it on social media to bring it into your notice or you will help me.
